Your Role We have an exciting opportunity for a People, Culture and Change Manager to lead our Cabots, Acratex and Powders businesses, based in Clayton with very flexible working options.
Reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Change (PCC), you will work closely with leaders to provide customer focussed strategic and operational HR advice.
You will have a pragmatic approach to guiding leaders in areas including talent management, capability, change management, and business transformation.You will be supported by our highly collaborative broader PCC team and will play a key role in the long-term growth plans of the DuluxGroup and our culture.
