About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Organisational and Workforce Development Lead to partner with leaders and teams in driving key organisational initiatives focused on engagement, culture, belonging, leadership, and performance.
Working closely with other functions within the People and Culture (P&C) team, you will ensure a comprehensive, holistic approach to support across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement leadership training and development programs.
Supporting P&C workforce strategy initiatives and activities.
Contributing to diversity, inclusion, and equity programs that enhance the experiences of First Nations, LGBTIQ+, and other minority employee groups.
Representing P&C in strategic partnership programs aimed at building a future-ready workforce.
Collaborating with the Lived Experience Workforce Development Lead to identify and support development and career pathways for the Lived Experience Workforce.
In this role, you will focus on developing leadership capability and practices to foster high-performing and engaged teams.
You will work closely with leaders to understand their strengths and challenges and develop tailored programs that are fit-for-purpose to meet their needs.
