The Opportunity This is a 14-month parental leave cover position supporting Victoria's client group of approximately 600 employees.
Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, you'll collaborate with experienced leaders and deliver strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.
Duties Include: Coach and Guide: Provide sound advice to leaders on performance, conduct, and employment matters.
Employee Relations: Manage casework, including performance issues, conduct matters, and policy queries.
Strategic HR: Support cyclical processes like salary reviews, promotions, and workforce planning.
Global Collaboration: Liaise on international mobility and align with global Centres of Excellence (e.g., Talent, Reward, and EDI).
Stakeholder Support: Offer tailored guidance to leaders across your stakeholder group in VIC.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing HR processes and creating tools/templates to support effective case management.
About You: We're looking for a proactive HR professional with strong employee relations expertise and a collaborative, people-focused approach.

Expertise in Employee Relations: Solid experience handling complex cases and interpreting employment legislation.
HR Generalist Knowledge: Familiarity with policies, industrial relations, and Modern Awards.
Adaptability & Collaboration: Thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with peaks and troughs in workload.
Strong Communication Skills: Build trust quickly and provide clear, concise advice to leaders at all levels.
Tech-Savviness: Experience with Oracle and Excel is advantageous.
