With a knack for coaching, you're confident in managing complex ER issues and bringing forward bold recommendations.You will have:Senior generalist HR experience with formal HR qualifications.A proven track record as a Strategic Senior HR Business Partner, within a Professional Services environment.Coaching qualifications and a Mental Health First Aid certification are a plus.Deep knowledge of HR best practices, organisational policies, and performance management.Experience in managing projects of varying complexity, including M&A change management.Ready to shape the future with us?
