As a Senior HR Business Partner , you'll work with exceptional internal clients, bringing your expertise to elevate both your skills and the reputation of WSP Australia's People Team.

In this role, you'll be part of a 60+ strong People Team, working alongside specialists in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Insights, Remuneration & Benefits, and more.
You'll be at the heart of our national HR Business Partnering team, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner Lead.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
Influence and Impact: You'll partner with national leadership groups to grow the business, guide and coach leaders and other professionals, while driving our ambitious people agenda and tailoring HR solutions for WSP Australia'sEarth and Environment sector.
Work on Diverse HR Matters: From strategic planning and project work to change management programs, you'll deliver a full annual employee cycle that pushes boundaries and fosters innovation.

About You You're a degree-qualified HR professional with deep expertise across the employee lifecycle.
You thrive on building strong relationships, adding value to business strategies, and you're curious about what makes our people tick.
With a knack for coaching, you're confident in managing complex ER issues and bringing forward bold recommendations.
You will have:
Senior generalist HR experience with formal HR qualifications.
A proven track record as a Strategic Senior HR Business Partner, within a Professional Services environment.
Coaching qualifications and a Mental Health First Aid certification are a plus.
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, organisational policies, and performance management.
Experience in managing projects of varying complexity, including M&A change management.
