Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is crucial for aligning HR strategies with business objectives and ensuring compliance with current HR legislation and policies. Your success in this role will be driven by a deep understanding of the industrial relations environment and meticulous attention to detail when managing complex tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver tailored consultancy services that align with HR objectives through impactful business partnerships;Diagnose problems and implement solutions to HR management issues;Engage in diverse HR projects, providing expert guidance and insights every step of the way;Prepare comprehensive reports, submissions, and policies that inform and enhance HR practices;Support business leaders and employees by delivering timely HR advice and connecting them with essential support resources;Coach and develop leaders to unlock their potential and drive team success;Lead the charge in executing HR priorities, tools, and processes that propel the business forward;Mentor and support the HR Partners team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring 10+ years of experience in a business partnership HR position, and preferably hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology. You demonstrate a proven ability to research, analyse, and provide informed advice on a comprehensive range of complex HR issues, alongside a strong understanding of contemporary HR legislation and policies as they pertain to the industrial relations environment.Your excellent written communication and interpersonal skills enable you to consult effectively, draft submissions, negotiate, and build strong working relationships with diverse clients.
