THE ROLEOversee, manage, and support HR processes in the company to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, legislation, and company's policiesCoordination of the on- and offboarding processes, probation periodsHR administration and reportingSupport the executive team to deliver on strategic objectives while building strong culture, alignment, employee engagement, team ownership and accountabilityDrive the local OHS plan to ensure the Company complies with all legislative requirements, creating a safe workplace that prioritises the employee well beingCoordinate with the L&D team to ensure that training covers all local compliance needs around OHS, Data Privacy, Data Security, and Australian Competitions LegislationPartner with business unit leaders, designing and implementing comprehensive people solutions for short and long-term organizational needsCoach and guide business leaders on employee relations matters.Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters, supporting employees and business leaders impartiallyWork closely with the different teams, including finance and delivery, to optimise an excellent work environmentConducting regular meetings with managers to provide guidance on change management, compensation strategies, retention efforts, talent assessments and performance developmentOwning and conducting investigations as needed, ensuring consistent and transparent application of HR policies and practices.Aligning with Global HR teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR-related projectsSupport key change initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, develop internal communication messagesCoordinate relocations from other business units of GlobantTHE CANDIDATEA qualification in Human Resources and/or Business (degree level preferred)5+ years of relevant HR experienceStrong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage tasks under pressure with limited informationUnderstanding of relevant workplace relations legislation and regulations, in particular the NES awards based system and OHS requirementsExperience in the delivery of HR strategyOrganisational change and transformation experienceTHE BENEFITSMultiple learning opportunities and Professional Certification Programs
