About the Role
Reporting to a highly collaborative, supportive and engaging Chief People Officer, as Senior HR Business Partner, you will be closely supporting the CPO as 2IC; a core member of their wider HR team who will be supporting the people needs within their allocated portfolio and driving the strategic agenda with a particular focus in:
leadership capability developmentcultural enhancementemployee engagementworkplace optimisationWith it being a HR generalist opportunity, you will be supporting across the full spectrum of HR, so generalist experience is essential.
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will have 3 direct reports who you will be supporting and mentoring.
About You
Tertiary qualified, the successful candidate will be an experienced and hands-on HR Manager/Senior HR Business Partner who equally enjoys the blend of a true HR generalist role, who is also experienced in managing a team.
You will possess substantial experience as a HR Generalist with demonstrated success when it comes to building strong relationships with senior leaders and the ability to coach and guide across the full spectrum of HR with best practice and a values-centric mindset at the core of everything you do.
You will have the emotional intelligence and experience to respectfully influence and contribute to the strategic and operational agendas to continue building a strong organisation that attracts, develops and retains the talent required to deliver outstanding outcomes for the community they serve.
NFP experience is important, and essential will be the energy and motivation to support this NFP to achieve their purpose.
