To us, it's personal.About this opportunityThe Senior Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for aligning people strategies with the goals of Home Instead to enhance business performance and employee engagement.This position strategically partners with Operational Leaders (including Regional and Business Operations Managers) providing proactive HR support across various functions to strengthen business performance and ensure best in class service provision to our clients. The Senior Human Resource Business Partner's responsibilities will extend across all offices and business units within their assigned region.Why Join Us?Hybrid working model – work from home up to 2 days per weekPaid birthday day offPaid volunteering, emergency services & military reserve leaveContinued learning and development through our learning system and Immersion ProgramKey Responsibilities:Work with Operational Leaders and other business leaders necessary to drive company and business unit strategic and operational objectives through consideration of the people element and overlaying the strategic HR objectives.Provide proactive advice, support and resources to enable leaders to manage their teams.Facilitating People cyclical programs.Contribute to the translation of functional business plans into People strategies and actions.Develop strategies in conjunction with Operational Leaders to retain employees and optimise workforce performance.Manage complex or escalated HR cases, including in employee relations, industrial relations, and workplace health & safety contexts.About you8-10 years' experience in strategic business partnering.Demonstrated ability to nurture and develop strong, positive working relationships with organizational leaders with a mixture of coaching, courageous conversations and formal service provision.Experience in all functions across the People pillar including IR / ER, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Workplace Health and Safety etc.Facilitation experience and ability to deliver leadership development programs.Degree in HR or another relevant field.Ability to regularly travel to Home Instead sites and businesses.Applicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your suitability for this role.
