Your New Role Reporting to the HR Manager and forming part of a small team, you will be responsible for providing effective and robust generalist HR advice and hands on management of the entire employee lifecycle whilst supporting the overall HR agenda.
Including but not limited to, you will:
Maintain our HRIS and manage all employee correspondence.Update and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring legislative compliance and well as benchmarking with best practice. Support managers in their recruitment activity.Facilitate organisational and people development programs and strategiesRecommend and develop programs to support HR and business strategies and objectives.Provide advice and hands on management of employee relations issues and dispute resolution, managing escalated or complex issues for our contingent/on-hire workforce. What you will need to succeed: Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR, employment law or related Demonstrated working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and experience in managing complex ER cases Generalist HR background with strong ER experience who is able to partner effectively with stakeholders and support them in achieving their goals Company Culture & Reward Here you get out what you put in, your energy and dedication is always met by rewards and celebrations.
