We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our established team in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. This individual will play a key role in our Human Resources department, driving strategic HR initiatives and providing expert advice to team members.

Description Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.Provide expert advice on HR related issues to team members and management.Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee development processes.Conduct performance appraisals and manage conflict resolution.Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the company.Monitor HR metrics and produce reports for management.Lead and participate in HR projects as required.Profile A successful 'Senior HR Advisor' should have:
