The Senior Go to Market Manager, Mobile, plays a vital role within Optus' GTM team, reporting to the Director of GTM & Channel Enablement Mobile. This position is responsible for delivering consumer marketing propositions, offers, and campaigns for Postpaid and Connected Devices effectively and on time. The ideal candidate is a strategic and pragmatic problem solver with a customer-first approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. They must excel in leading internal and external partnerships, demonstrating effective communication and relationship-building skills to ensure collaboration across all business levels. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and self-direction. Your day in the life at Optus Orchestrate outstanding experience and outcomes for our customers through driving effective, efficient integrated go to market programs and launch activity. Accountable for the delivery of go-to-market plans across all marketing touch points including prioritisation of GTM activities within portfolio and across team to deliver the best overall business and customer outcomes. Reviewing and approving various types of customer communications (e.g. posters, brochures, catalogues, emails, text messages) to ensure that they're on brand and impactful. Lead required business briefing activities for all strategic and tactical offers, promotions and initiatives. Act as a 'customer proposition champion' across all GTM initiatives to ensure all internal and external execution is integrated and aligned to the proposition strategy. Support the resolution of escalated issues and risks identified as part of program activity or business as usual operations. Your skills to pay the bills Proven professional experience in telecommunications, product, marketing, CVM, or similar areas. Former runs on the board in a complex stakeholder management. Marketing plan development including positioning, promotion and pricing. Ability to turn strategy into viable and effective business execution. Ability to influence across a broad audience across all levels. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering.
