As a Senior Governance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the division.
You will play a critical role in driving value realisation, managing risks, and maintaining compliance with Group Transformation policies and standards.
Key responsibilities include: Portfolio management: Overseeing and optimising the portfolio of transformation projects to deliver maximum business value.
Risk management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with change execution.
Governance and compliance: Ensuring adherence to Group Transformation policies and standards.
Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Reporting and analysis: Providing regular updates on portfolio performance and identifying areas for improvement.

What do I need?
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented individual with a strong track record in portfolio management and change delivery.
Essential qualifications and experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in complex stakeholder management Minimum 5 years of experience in change delivery within a business environment Desirable qualifications and experience: Experience in managing diverse and complex stakeholder groups Experience in influencing and managing senior stakeholders Key capabilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A proactive and results-oriented approach A strong understanding of the financial services industry (preferred) What is it like to work there?
