Title: Senior Fund AccountantLocation: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (Hybrid)TGRC has a great new opportunity for a Senior Fund Accountant to join an exciting new company who are powering ahead in support of the energy transition.Our client is a renewable energy company who are developing projects in the Solar, BESS and Wind sectors and are looking to hire an experienced finance professional to play a crucial part in their ongoing growth.Your role:Working closely with the Development team in project development budget preparation and reportingBusiness cash flow planning including oversight of total spending and income projected per quarterForecasting and managing the draw-down process for external equity sourcesSupporting the management team in M&A activities for project salesSupporting the management team in further capital raising (equity and/or debt)Your profile:7+ years experience in an accounting/finance-related roleSolid experience in project and/or fund accountingKnowledge of multiple finance-related workstreams including M&A, debt and equity raising and treasuryWell-structured in understanding commercial and financial processes to build tools and processesExperience working in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors is highly desiredThis is a unique role which will give the successful candidate exposure across all commercial and financial aspects of the business, with room for him to grow into a Head of Finance position.The company has a great leadership team with a strong track record of successfully delivering renewable energy projects in Australia so if you'd like to find out more please apply or get in touch - ******
