As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities: Delivery and ownership of key month-end activities across the Group's Profit & Loss and Balance sheet, covering trend analysis, reconciliations and journal postingA sound understanding of accounting requirements for your portfolio and an ability to apply this across the month end close to ensure reporting is compliant with Australian Accounting StandardsOwnership of financial reporting including variance and margin analysis across the Group's lending, funding and treasury activitiesHave a sound knowledge of the Group's core banking systems, events processing and reconciliations to the Finance General Ledger. Ability to follow up and investigate transactions as required working across various teamsDelivery of the Group's annual and half year consolidated financial statements ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and ASX listing requirementsLiaise with external auditors for the half year review and annual audit supporting independent opinions and assurance across the financial statementsPlay a key role in the ongoing implementation of the Group's new ERP General Ledger including platform enhancements and driving operational efficienciesBecome a valuable and trusted member of the Judo finance team – supporting the business through an existing period of growth and expansion.Desired Skills and ExperienceA little bit about you...
