About the Role:The Salvation Army, Donor Services team, have an incredible permanent full time opportunity for a Revenue Investigation and Reconciliation Clerk to join our Melbourne head office in Blackburn.
This crucial role is responsible for timely and accurate investigation, processing and reconciliation of donations received by the national Fundraising department.Key Responsibilities: Investigate and prepare "unidentified" banks deposit donationsProcess daily Direct Debit BatchesPost Blackbaud Files to GL – Tech OneDisputed Transactions: Fraudulent, Charge Backs, RefundsReconciliation of Bank Statement to Blackbaud, Payment Gateway to Bank StatementPayPal / Third Party PlatformsCampaign mass re-attributionDaily examination, scrutiny and validation of transactions on all bank accounts connected to Blackbaud CRMAssisting with the processing of electronic files from internal and external stakeholdersResearching and processing of all donations received online nationallyAbout you:Prior experience in a business administration environment and/or relevant business qualificationsExperience in handling and analysing finances and records accuratelyProficiency with Excel and ability to utilise pivot tablesAccurate Data Entry skillsWhy work for us:9 day fortnight (RDO once every two weeks!
