As a Senior Field Service Technician you will be responsible to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work and servicing our expanding portfolio of Defence/Government sites working across various products including Security, Controls and Automation systems. Maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities: Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment.Configuration, diagnoses fault, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party systems including Tecom, Gallagher, Geutebruck and Lenel).Load software and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell and third-party Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers (existing and new). This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on implementation projects. Key Experience & Capabilities: Trade Certificate an advantage E.g. Cert II / III Telecommunications or Electrotechnology ElectricianElectrical or Electronics experience essentialFault finding and repairs to electronic equipmentAt least three years' experience with Honeywell or Third-party control systems and products.Configuration, diagnoses fault, repairs and programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, access control and third-party).Baseline security clearance or NVI preferredAble to maintain Government security clearance if requiredYou must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's licence Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
