Preparing quotes and tender submissions for Commercial projectsDeveloping scope of works and projectLiaison with Subcontractors and suppliers for pricing informationSite inspections and liaison with clients to further establish relationship, project informationWorking closely with Project Managers during project on pricing and variations as requiredDeveloping construction project plan & budgets with Director/ Project ManagerAbout you: To be successful within this role, you will need to have demonstrated knowledge and experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator.
You will also have the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalentKnowledge of pricing projects over $2M up to $30MIdeally local knowledge of subcontractors and suppliersExceptional communication skills, written and verbalAbility to work in a team environmentPositive work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
