Lead a highly capable and dedicated group of engineers to improve manufacturing processes whilst delivering cost-efficient, scalable, and reliable parts and assembly quality for our highly complex medical devices.
Develop and implement a new product introduction process relating to supplier qualityDevelop existing product supplier quality management systemMaintain and improve the sustaining engineering frameworkDevelop, implement and continuously improve processes relating to supplier quality and sustainingWhat you will bring You will be an experienced engineering leader with experience in the medical devices or other highly regulated industry. You will lead and develop your team from the front and use your highly developed commercial, influencing, and stakeholder management skills to drive projects.
5 years' experience leading a team in sustaining engineering, supplier quality or product lifecycle engineering10 years' experience in a highly regulated industry10 years' experience managing complex supplier quality management processes, from product design through to end of lifeAbility to influence design decisions to achieve optimal outcomesHighly adept at coordinating and managing a multi-disciplinary teamOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer focused with a passion to please and deliverAbout Nanosonics We are an ASX listed global medical device company specialising in infection prevention technology.
