The Role: EI&C Engineer
We are currently seeking applications from talented EI&C Engineers to further strengthen our growing Wollongong team.

To be successful in this role you need to be a motivated self-starter, be mature, reliable and have excellent communication skills.
You will be adaptable, resourceful and above all have a strong client focus.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Management of project delivery processes.
Spearheading the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of electrical and control systems, to provide innovative solutions to client challenges.
Consultation with clients to establish requirements and scope of work.
Liaison with project management, automation, and electrical engineering teams.
Project procurement, electrical design review, QA/QC, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on schedule and on budget.
Supporting and driving a HSEQ-centric culture within the company.
Desirable Experience and Skills:
Extensive EI&C Engineering Experience : Proven track record in instrumentation and control systems design, implementation, and maintenance.
LV/HV Electrical Design Expertise : Proficiency in low and high voltage electrical design, including system layout, component selection, and compliance with industry standards.
Heavy Industrial/Plant Environment : Experience with electrical design and implementation in heavy industrial or plant environments, such as mining, manufacturing, or large-scale processing plants.
Field Instrumentation : Strong knowledge in selecting, installing, and calibrating field instruments and sensors.
Project Management : Ability to manage projects in water, industrial manufacturing, or mining industries, including resource planning, scheduling, and budget management.
Client Focused : Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients to meet their requirements.
Team Leadership : Demonstrated team and leadership skills to guide and mentor junior engineers.
Technical Documentation : Competence in preparing and reviewing technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
HSEQ Practices : Commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards in all engineering activities.
Control Systems : Experience in the programming of control systems.
