As a Senior Document Controller, you will have responsibility for the document control system for the Harborside Project in Darling Harbor.
You will also assist with the administration functions at a project level and liaise with and assist the Project Manager, Site Manager, CA or SCA, and other project team members.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Overall iTWOcx project administrator for a number of projects.Ensure workflow process is in place and up to date for updated documents, shop drawings, as-builts, etc.Ensure project documentation in iTWOcx is kept up to date in strict accordance with the project documentation manual.Distribution of updated documentation to trades.Shop drawing status management.Ensure all drawings contained within the site office and on site are current and maintained.Ensure all RFIs are closed out/chased-up on a weekly basis.Assist with QA reviews of Mirvac Design documents, external consultants' documents, etc.Auditing of iTWOcx system against project documentation manual and closing out of observations and non-conformances as required.Issuing of weekly status reports outlining all stakeholders' performance on iTWOcx.Maintaining sample submissions and registers.Training to all stakeholders as required.Assist Project Managers when required/requested.Assist Project Site Team.Your point of difference To be successful you must have 3-4 years of administration experience and a high level of IT proficiency, e.g., Microsoft Office package.
You will ideally have prior experience working within the construction industry on major projects with a proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise.
