Senior Delivery Lead

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will report to the Head of Technology in Consumer and take accountability for ensuring that the strategic priorities relating to Hub expansion are delivered according to the agreed key success factors, including scope, schedule, and cost. Your role will also ensure that RAID is effectively managed. You will raise matters requiring management action or attention to ensure there are no surprises.
Your role is key in building both internal engagement with our people based at the Hub, as well as externally with south-east QLD based Universities, TAFE and schools to build, attract and retain engineering talent.
Key accountabilities are as follows:
Develop and maintain, in partnership with Consumer Heads of Tech, resource plans for ramp-up of engineering and delivery roles for each quarter and yearly forecast. Provide status reporting of those initiatives within your accountability including items requiring management action or attention and engage with Heads of Tech Leads to seek clarification where required. Provide weekly reporting on resourcing effectiveness and a forward prediction of hiring volume. Conduct initiative health reviews where required. Track key milestones and provide early insight when bronze milestones could impact Silver or Silver could impact Gold. Work with the Heads of Tech and Leads to clear the path where required and escalate calls for assistance to unblock the path. Comply with Group governance, methodologies, risk and delivery frameworks and processes. Raise risks and issues and ensure the who, what and when in terms of mitigating actions is clear. Ensure a culture of risk awareness. Provide support as necessary for GC Hub engagement and promotion programs. Streamline the onboarding process for new hires. What do I need?
