As aSenior Customer Experience Specialist, you will act as first point of contact for customers and field service professionals' issues and being an interface between them and the rest of the departments.
Key Responsibilities: Taking customer service calls and emails, and providing high level of support to clients across the APAC regionLogging issues in Honeywell ticketing systems and/or customer platformsAllocate field service professionals to attend customer site and dispatching the service work orderCollaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely mannerFollowing up on work orders to completion to comply with SLAsKey Experience & Capabilities: At least 1 year of experience in customer supportAbility to identify customer needs and take action with a sense of urgencyProficient computer skills across MS suiteContact centre experience highly regardedFlexibility to work in shifts including night shifts, public holidays as per rostering calendarWho We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
