They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to undertake financial accounting duties, including technical accounting support, across a diverse group of companies.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our client's group of companies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, providing technical accounting advice as required.Assisting with coordination of external audit processes alongside the finance team and external stakeholders.Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts, covering general ledger entries, journals, and reconciliations.Developing and documenting relevant processes and procedures.Applying knowledge and core accounting concepts to develop insights to assist in business growth or cost saving.Reviewing and managing compliance, regulatory requirements, internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders across all areas of the Group.What you bring:
As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you bring a wealth of professional experience to our client's finance team.
With over 10 years in the field, including time spent in a Big 4 or Mid-Tier accounting firm, you have honed your skills in financial management.
Your degree qualification in Business, Accounting or Finance is complemented by your CA or CPA qualification.
You are highly competent with Excel and have exposure to ERP systems.
Your strong analytical skills and understanding of the business contribute to your decision-making abilities.
Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation sets you apart.
