Satterley has an exciting opportunity in our West Perth Office of a permanent full time role of Accounts Administrator.
Working within an accounts payable and receivable team, we are seeking an experienced person who can administer the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to provide support across the accounting area for several business entities. Key responsibilities include:
End to end AP including reconciliations, payment runs and maintaining up to date creditor data in the finance systemProcessing civil payment claimsPerforming bank reconciliations and reporting for project related accountsGeneral accounts receivable dutiesResponding to internal and external accounts queries and resolving issues.The role also requires a candidate to demonstrate:
At least 5 years experience in a similar role with well developed skills in AP/AR and account reconciliationsDeveloped financial literacy and numerical skillsAccurate data entry skillsWhat we offer:
