Capable of delivering projects in excess of $300m in value across all sectors, our HNE Team members are dedicated to delivering projects successfully to ensure the growth of the region and maintain long-term relationships with our clients and consultants.
THE ROLE
You'll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated Commercial leadership team whilst you provide end-to-end subcontractor contract administration based on a project, including but not limited to:
Cost and head contract management
Establish appropriate management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunities
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules across multiple trades across the project lifecycle
Progress claims and variations
Demonstrate understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building related goals (materials and services)
Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex - training provided
ABOUT YOU
Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects
Aspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects
Industry relevant degree qualification
Familiarity with Contract Law principles & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations
Confident & collaborative communicator
Self-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions
Process and system appreciative
