About the RoleThe Senior Contracts Administrator will plan and manage the end to end commercial management of large subcontracts and self-performed works. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and direct reports to deliver project commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities of the role includeAssess and escalate commercial and contractual risks to the Commercial Manager while identifying and implementing appropriate controlsProvide leadership to the commercial teamAssist with Head Contract Administration where requiredParticipate in scope of works planning and preparation of procurement strategiesAssist with dispute resolution processes while maintaining good working relationships with subcontractorsWhat we are looking for;Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce of equivalentSignificant demonstrated experience in a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor role within the construction and engineering industryExperience in all stages of subcontract management, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations management, completion and close outStrong commercial acumen and awareness in areas of cost management and contract lawAs part of the team, you can help us transform lives.Your success is reflected in ours, so we're committed to being an employer of choice.
