A Senior Contracts Administrator opportunity with one of the most well-known construction companies in Qld delivering a large hospital project.
Intro Recruitment Solutions has a great opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator to work on a large new Hospital Project in the hundreds of millions of $$.
This role will see you take the lead as the Senior Contracts Administrator across the project and have a team of CA's and cadets working with you. This is a Managing Contractor (MC) construction contract and the successful person will have prior experience delivering MC projects.
It is also preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
As a Senior Contracts Administrator you will have:Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent.10+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company.Strong commercial acumen.Exposure to projects over $50m.This builder will offer you the opportunity to join a well-established team.
