Salary: Up to $180,000 plus super for the ideal candidate

About The Role

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. You will manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, monitoring costs, and providing expert advice on contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities

Administering contracts for new build, fitout, and remediation projects.Managing procurement processes and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.Ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal requirements.Monitoring project costs and budgets, ensuring financial control and accountability.Providing detailed reports and updates to senior management.Resolving contractual disputes and managing claims.Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in contracts administration within the construction industry.Proven ability to manage projects in any procurement model.Strong understanding of construction contracts, legislation, and industry standards.Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
