Senior Contracts Administrator - Commercial Construction Randstad - Construction, Property & Engineering Working with a very successful and well known mid tier builder with a strong presence in Brisbane and across QLD. Due to some recent successful tender wins, they are currently seeking a driven Senior Contracts Administrator to work a mixture of Commerical, Industrial and Multi-res projects circa $30 - $50MThis company has built their reputation on delivering projects on time and under budget. They have a strong focus on staff retention and building teams that work collaboratively with the client and their subcontractors whilst still remaining focused on their desired company outcome. They consider their staff their most valuable asset and invest a lot of money back into development and training and as a result they have one of the most efficient and professional outfits in the industryThe jobTo be successful in this role you will have over 5+ yrs experience as a Contracts Administrator on Commerical, Industrial and Multi-res projects. You will have been exposed to mid-tier projects over $40M. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of longevity with previous companies.Your experience and QualificationsRelevant Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering tertiary qualificationConfidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alikeHave the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a teamThe ability to write a detailed scope of worksIntimate knowledge of Qld Construction legislationExperience with head contract and subcontract negotiation skillsExperience using Procore is considered extremely advantageousWilling to take the lead and manage other CA'sYour CareerIn this company you will have room to grow and develop into an industry professional and be able to flourish within an ever growing team.
