Senior Contract Administrator

Leading Commercial builder seeks an experienced Senior Contract Administrator for a variety of commercial new build, fit-out, and refurbishment projects located around Sydney.

This established organization has been operating for over 15 years working across Australia on projects valued up to $100M.

As the Senior Contract Administrator you will be responsible for: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules Progress claim assistance and external variations Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim Mentoring junior CA's To be considered for the position of Senior Contract Administrator you will require: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator working for a Commercial Builder Experience working on new build, refurbishment, or fit-out projects valued over $2M Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Adam Shaw on (02) ********  or click apply.
