Senior Contract Administrator

Leading Commercial builder seeks an experienced Senior Contract Administrator for a variety of commercial new build, fit-out, and refurbishment projects located around Sydney.

This established organization has been operating for over 15 years working across Australia on projects valued up to $100M.

As the Senior Contract Administrator you will be responsible for: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimMentoring junior CA'sTo be considered for the position of Senior Contract Administrator you will require: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator working for a Commercial BuilderExperience working on new build, refurbishment, or fit-out projects valued over $2MKnowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractorsFor any questions relating to this role, please contact Adam Shaw on (02) 9376 8200 or click apply.
