This position will have you utilising estimating and contracting skills within the team to deliver a project that is a Class 2, luxury apartment valued at $35 million, with the next projects ranging from $30 to $200 million.
Builder developer with projects already secured for years to come.
Location: Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
Salary range: $170,000 - $200,000 Package + Bonus which is dependent on experience and value you can bring.
What you will be doing?

You will be working closely with the Project Manager, performing scoping and reviewing contracts, across civil, structures, interiors, to delivery having you involved for the full project lifecycle. Our client has in-house trade teams, taking the stress of subcontractors out of the equation aiding with a more collaborative team to deliver on project timelines.
What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone that has preferably got experience working in Class 2 apartments or Commercial New Build across the full project lifecycle. Exposure to working with head contractors on projects above $20 million is essential.
