Our client is one of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, institutional and government projects up to $450M, and a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
With a recently awarded project they are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator for a $100M insustrial project in Western Sydney. This is a unique opportunity for you to gain exposure to a leading Tier 2 Builder whose name is renowned in the industry for being one of the best.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalization of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsAdministration of the project HSE systemDesired experience:Degree qualified in construction management or equivalentJobpac or similar softare experience Previous experience working for a head contractor is essentialAt least 5 years of experience in a CA / Senior CA role in commercial constructionProven experience working on new build projects valued $50M+Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractorsStrong attention for detail and proven communication skillsFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Adam Shaw on or click apply.
