Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator  will include:

Ownership of the relevant subcontracts Administration and documentation Assess variations and claims Profit budget forecasting Financial control reporting To be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator  you will require:
Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent experience Experience delivering residential / mixed-use projects in Australia, preferably QLD Seeking a long-term role Design & Build specialise in recruitment for the Construction, Engineering & Property industries on a national basis.
