Our client is one of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, education, health & industrial projects with values that range well over $100M.

With a recently awarded project they are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator for a $250M Health project in Cairns. This is a unique opportunity for you to gain exposure to a leading Tier 2 Builder whose name is renowned in the industry for being one of the best.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalization of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsDesired experience:
