Role & Responsibilities: Lead commercial role on a $20m health project Negotiate and let contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders Key person to lead agreements striving for win win outcomes Tracking of project expenditure against budget Responsible for all key risk items Your Background:  Ideally have 8+ years experience with a commercial builder Ability to communicate effectively Illustrate examples of working on highly contractual projects.
