ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Project Manager, your focus will be delivering strong commercial outcomes for the projects you are delivering by building positive, collaborative working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key tasks & responsibilities will include:
Contract preparation including the development of scope of works.
Tender preparation, submission review, and assessment.
Negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
Reviewing variations, assessing and processing claims.
Project cost reporting.
Ongoing contract management.
This role would suit a Senior Contract Administrator or Contract Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable builder.

ABOUT YOU
5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator delivering projects valued up to $15M.
Degree qualifications in Construction Management.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent commercial acumen.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A team contributor.
