Senior Contract Administrator

Your new company
A well respected national building contractor that specialises in large Design and Construct builds is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to work on a new multimillion dollar project.
Your new role
Reporting in to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overall management of the contracts and variations for one of their flagship projects in the ACT. Day to day, this will include:
Ensure contract requirements and documentation requirements are met Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate the timely execution of their responsibilities Review progress on site against progress claimed by subcontractors Monitor project cost, cash flow and prepare forecasts Cost reporting, scheduling and programming What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, it is essential that you have demonstrated experience within the construction industry as a Contracts Administrator combined with the following:
Understanding of GC21, Lump Sum D&C and AS4000 contracts. Ideally, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification. Competent in cost reporting software. What you'll get in return
