Senior Contract Administrator

Core Talent are currently recruiting for a highly reputable QLD builder who deliver multi res developments, due to the amount of projects they have recently been awarded they are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join their already thriving team. This builder has a strong pipeline of local Brisbane projects, they also have a strong presence in Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Role:

Manage all commercial and financial requirements for the project
Management of Head contract negotiation, variations and progress claims
Management of all sub-contract procurement, letting and ongoing variations and claim processing
Lead procurement process and negotiate commercial terms with project stakeholders

Experience:

MUST have recent multi res experience, project over 10 storeys
Project value experience over $30M
Strong background and tenures with reputable builders in a similar sector
Completed projects from inception to completion
