Role & Responsibilities:
Lead Contract Administrator on a regional project, circa $50m Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and stakeholders Negotiate agreements striving for win-win outcomes Tracking of project expenditure against budget Processing of monthly progress claims Your Background:
10 years experience with a commercial builder Ability to communicate effectively Strong commercial acumen Be able to mentor and lead teams Able to drive outcomes and protect the business's interests You will receive:
