As a Senior Consultant, Pricing, you will provide support and approve relevant pricing of business lending deals across B&PB. Additionally, you will support the development and deliver ongoing coaching and capability training to B&PB leaders and bankers in structuring pricing of deals for their customers.

In this Senior Consultant role, you will:
Approve relevant business lending transactional pricing submissions within quality and turnaround standards as required whilst also managing acceptable returns and distribution expectations.
Coach/ advise leaders and bankers on business lending pricing submissions especially in relation to structures and market acceptance to meet customer concepts needs as required.
Interpret trends within the business lending portfolio, making recommendations and/or decisions on pricing levels as required.
Consult with business leaders to discuss key pricing for value issues and opportunities.
Develop and deliver ongoing business lending pricing for value coaching and capability training (informal and formal) to segment leaders and bankers.
Proactively communicate and meet with B&PB leaders and bankers on consistent and actionable overall business lending pricing trends, market intelligence and overall approach for value pricing.
What you'll bring:
Business Banking relationship management (immediate or past experience) combined potentially with other experience in credit management, and / or product etc.
Coaching your peers to help them better serve our customers
Stakeholder engagement and review such as S/RBBE, BBE, bankers and associates and enablement teams
Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong financial services experience
Ability to solve detailed or complex problems with a proactive approach
Strong verbal and written presentation skills, and an ability to communicate analytical results to non-technical audiences
Proven ability to lead and develop strong relationships with SMEs across a wide range of specialist areas
