What will keep you busy... Building and growing a partnerships channel to drive soloist product adoptionSecuring and expanding strategic partnerships to achieve sales and growth targetsDeveloping and maintaining senior-level relationships with new and existing partnersLeading the end-to-end business development process, including commercial negotiations, onboarding, and operationalising partnershipsConducting workshops, reviews, and presentations to align partner goals and extract growth opportunitiesUsing market insights and competitor knowledge to advise strategy and strengthen go-to-market plansEnsuring effective use of CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and partnership outcomesWhat we'd love to see from you... Extensive experience (7+ years) in complex sales environments, with a proven track record in business development, partnerships, or leading large-scale negotiationsDemonstrated success in building and driving business growth through partnerships, delivering measurable customer and business resultsStrong influencing skills at senior levels, with a focus on achieving outcomesProven leadership experience, including coaching and maintaining high-performance teamsDedicated, determined, and able to stay focused and motivated in a fast-paced, scale-up environmentSelf-starter with a growth mindset, adept at overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutionsEnjoys working collaboratively, solving customer needs, and holding self and others accountable for delivering resultsOur Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
