ABOUT YOUR ROLE As the Senior Business Partner - Commercial, you will be the "face" of CCEP BPT to the Commercial business functions in Australia, responsible for everything that CCEP BPT does within the Commercial function. In addition, this role is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of BPT in a Global Commercial Cross Functional capacity and communicating the status clearly to senior Business Function Management and teams locally.
This role demands a demonstrated understanding of commercial business operations and strategy, along with a passion for and strong technical expertise in Salesforce, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with our global strategy. You'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of BPT projects, providing clear and concise updates to senior management. Your Salesforce skills will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency. Additionally, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive successful outcomes. This position is based in North Sydney.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Shapes and scopes business demand into tangible requirements in line with the Project delivery Lifecycle.Responsible for the development of a robust business case for business demand in collaboration with the business stakeholders.Negotiates, sets, and manages expectations for demand and solution delivery into the commercial and digital business function.Develops, owns, and manages an innovation process to drive continual productivity improvements with the commercial and digital business function.Fosters a business centric culture within the Strategic Business Solutions group and beyond into the wider CCEP BPT group.Proactively engage with business leads from the Central Commercial Group Function and the wider Commercial BPT Business Partner function to harness business opportunities arising from new technologies.Demonstrate BPT value for money to business and showcase the capability and flexibility of BPT to deliver at the pace that the business requires.Maintains the business process architecture and its alignment to BPT services and capabilities.Appraise any business process changes for BPT impact and working closely with Enterprise Architecture and BPT Strategy & Commercial Planning develops the change impact analysis for the Business.Support the commercial business during the deployment of new solutions to maximise solution penetration and uptake.Facilitate the alignment of the BPT strategy and priorities with changing business priorities.Help setup a clear direction for the Functional Business Partner team and instil an inclusive, collaborative and motivating CCEP culture.Continuous improvement - identify opportunities for global and local processes to be improved and implementing best practices to enhance program and business effectiveness and efficiency.Problem solving – addressing some of the complex challenges that occur through global and local alignment including resolving issues that arise out of global programs.Communication – articulating both the business and program objectives both globally and locally to influence the outcome effectively for global and local projects.Mentorship and coaching for internal and external resources fostering their professional development and ensuring improvement in their capability.LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU! High level of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence.Tangible experience of developing senior relationships with other business leaders and stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership with strong decision making, conflict resolution experience, effective relationship building skills (internal and external), strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of presentations, ability to deliver executive communications and ability to co-ordinate several tasks simultaneously.Ability to sell concepts / ideas and develop them into business cases for change.More than 5 years of experience in BPT or Business senior management including roles involving complex and cross-functional remit.Demonstrable senior relationship building experience.Strong track record in building and developing teams, including initiating and delivering change, engendering a common culture, and developing leadership and management capability to deliver sustainable performance.Solid understanding of Commercial and Market-to-Order Processes and the solutions and systems that enable them.Experience of working in a Matrix structure.University degree in computer science, business informatics, business management or comparable course of studies.Business Process Architecture – Competent Expert.Knowledge about industry BPT-trends and market development for FMCG / Beverage Industry.Knowledge about our BPT-services and products across CCEP territories.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
