Essential skills and knowledge  li]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li]:py-2 [&_p]:text-brunel-dark-grey [&_ul>li>ul>li]:pl-0 pl-4 jobrequirements"> Requirements: Previous experience in a Senior CNC Operator or Supervisory position is preferred.
A current and appropriate Trade Certificate.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, waste elimination, and visual communication techniques.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Relevant licenses, including forklift and large wheeled loader, are required.
Proficiency in operating manual and computer-controlled turning and milling equipment.
Understanding of different grades of steel and their machining characteristics.
Customer service orientation.
Extensive experience operating and programming metal working machinery in a customer-focused environment Physical fitness appropriate for the role.
Must be a team player.
Must hold full Australian working rights.
