Location: Dubbo with WFH flexibilityDuration: ASAP start date - 26/02/2025Pay Rate: $550/day + superWorking Hours: 7 hours/day, 35 hours/weekOur State Government Client is seeking a passionate Senior Client Relationship Officer to join their Dubbo team, dedicated to providing Housing Services to the community. This role is critical in supporting property management transfers, stimulus initiatives, ongoing property inspections and upgrades, and new acquisitions.Key Responsibilities:Assess local properties and report on their fitness for use, property condition, and priority for repairs and refurbishment to meet client needs while adhering to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.Resolve client issues by collaborating with property owning and managing organizations to achieve suitable outcomes.Monitor, assess, and report on the quality, progress, and issues in new build and refurbishment programs, escalating and resolving issues to ensure timely completion and compliance with policies and contractual obligations.Manage housing providers' maintenance backlog and recommend actions to expedite scheduled work.The Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in asset management and client relationship management.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Essential Requirements:In addition, these roles are being recruited utilising Affirmative Measures and is open only to candidates who:are of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent; andidentify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander; andare accepted by their community as being Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.As part of this recruitment process you will be required to provide documentation that confirms your Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage.
