This role will be 2IC working in an open and transparent management style, alongside a team of 10.
A Senior Operator is required to lead and coordinate the operational maintenance of water supply and wastewater, plus share your knowledge and skills by providing advice to Trainees, whilst liaising with the Shire and stakeholders ensuring legislative and company compliance.

Certificate IV in Leadership or Management, or working towards oneA reasonably high degree of leadership and planning skillsCertificate III in NWP, as a minimumMinimum 2 years at Operator Level 4Confined space, SCBA and/or gas monitoring certifications desirableAbility to work on a standby rosterSound like a match?
