The role Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of business activity, we have a unique opportunity for a Senior Capital Transactions Manager to join our highly regarded Capital Transactions team.
In this role you will be primarily focused on achieving growth and acquisition targets for the Group, supporting the Head of Transactions & Direct Capital, Investment and Development across all asset classes.
We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of asset acquisitions in the Australian market, who is ready to join a leading ASX listed business at an exciting and pivotal time in our journey.
What you will be doing Proactively engaging with platform portfolio, funds and mandates to assist in growth strategies and providing strategic advice on capital markets.Deal origination including identifying and prioritising opportunities that match opportunities to the Fund's, Investor's and Group's strategic investment requirements.Expertly leading end-to-end deal management of acquisitions and divestments including negotiating transactions, coordinating due diligence processes and closing the transaction to settlement.Supporting and assisting the Head of Transactions and Direct Capital (and wider group) in growing the group's capital partnership investment platform through new business partnerships, joint ventures and funds.Preparing and presenting Investment Committee and Board Papers with precision, care and confidence.Developing strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.What makes you stand out You will be an experienced property professional with a proven track record in asset capital markets including both acquisitions and divestments across a range of real estate sectors.
You will relish working with a diverse range of stakeholders to successfully deliver end-to-end deal management and execution.
An expert in presenting and negotiating, you will bring deep relationships with institutional owners and investors together with a strong drive to achieve strategic growth targets and new business goals.
