About the Role Are you passionate about driving efficiency and process improvement within an organisation?
As the Process Improvement Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives across the organisation, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive process improvement framework.
In this pivotal newly created role, you'll identify opportunities for efficiency gains, streamline workflows and promote best practices ensuring processes align with the organisation's strategic goals.
You'll play a central role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, making a direct impact on operational effectiveness and helping shape the organisation's long-term success.

About You We're looking for a results-driven professional with tertiary qualifications in business or a related field, and ideally, certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
You will have significant experience in process improvement with a strong background in using methodologies like Business Process Management (BPM) or Lean.
Your expertise in process mapping, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements that lead to measurable results will be key to your success in this role.
You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table allowing you to develop effective solutions to complex challenges.
Your ability to manage projects and programs in dynamic, complex environments will be critical as will your excellent communication skills for preparing professional reports and presentations for senior management.
A collaborative team player, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to drive change, while effectively managing risk and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
