Your key focus will be to increase the visibility of emerging brands across the domestic ANZ market, with products inclusive of our Best of the Bone, an award-winning grass-fed and finished bone broth, and FutureLab, Australia's first TGA accredited and evidence-backed supplements that enhance health span and longevity. You'll do this through: Channel Development: actively pursuing opportunities to increase range and visibility, while analysing trends and generating channel action plans based on customer insights.Key Customer Management: unlock innovative growth markets and maximise presence through establishing strong connections with channel customers to foster commercial collaborations and mutual growth.Customer Marketing Activations: alignment of sales plans and brand/marketing campaigns to maximise brand exposure and sales.What experience, exposure or education do you need? You'll personally and professionally believe in the importance of improving health, vitality and longevity in both yourself and others.You have worked in a KAM, NAM, BDM or Senior Business Development role (or equivalent) ideally across Vitamins, Health or Wellness, with experience of working with an emerging brand being highly advantageous.You will be able to detail your success with key retail groups across Pharmacy, Health, Grocery and/or Emerging Channels.Your expertise will clearly demonstrate a track record of accomplishments in new business development, relationship management and commercial collaborations.You can evidence that you are strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and understand the impact on each of your decisions on the bottom line.Fast-paced, agile and innovative environments energise and motivate you – you thrive on being given permission to play.You can travel interstate at least 3-4 days per month or as/when required.Who are Melrose?
